BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE ENSURE THAT NONE OF THE ITEMS BELOW APPLY TO YOU:

• You are under 18 years old
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You are diabetic
• You have any transmittable blood diseases, such as Hepatitis B or HIV
• You have active skin cancer in the treated area or are undergoing chemo/ radiation
• You have a skin disease such as eczema or you have moles, acne, or psoriasis on the area to be treated
• You have a history of keloid scarring
• You are taking blood thinning medication
• You are taking skin medication such as Accutane
• You had Botox done within the last 4-6 weeks prior to your appointment

Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go towards the service. The remaining balance is due the day of the appointment with payment via Zelle, Venmo, or cash.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify me at least 3 days prior to your appointment to keep your deposit.

Please note that a cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit.

Late Arrival or No-Shows
You will be given a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment. Please let me know ahead of time if you are running late. If you arrive past the allowed grace period, there will not be enough time to complete your procedure and you will be considered a No-Show.

If you are a No-Show, you will lose your deposit and any future appointments will require a new deposit.

Guests & Children
No guests, children, or pets are allowed at the studio in order to limit distractions and maintain a professional environment, while also avoiding any cross-contamination risks.
